GROUP REGISTRATION FORM

This form is for the GROUP registration. If you register as an individual, please use the individual registration form. For further enquiries email to "apbfcongress@gmail.com". Group registration is allowed only for more than 10 persons as a group (convention/union, association, or individual church)

You can only record up to 20 people on one form. If your group is more than 20 people, please use two forms.
